Do I need to have programming skills for this Hackathon?

I am a 14 year old basic programmer. That means that i have dont have a lot of programming experience. But i am very good in photoshop and after effects. So, do i really need to have programming skills for this hackathon?

    Hello, you don't have to be skilled in programming to take up the challenge. However, according to the rules, only participants 18+ are eligible for the contest.

    Unfortunately, we can make no exceptions. But you can join your forces with someone over 18 years of age and submit your project as a team. Use Look for teammates option.
